About you...
Pinpoint is looking for a talented, energetic, and driven person to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This position acts as the primary contact and trusted advisor to our clients and is a key position within Pinpoint. You will be responsible for assisting Sales with product demonstration and product trials, measuring the overall success of your client-base by running quarterly business reviews, gathering feedback and assisting with escalations, driving renewals and delighting our clients!

This position is based in Austin, TX. 

You will...

  • Own the ultimate responsibility for the client's adoption, potential expansion, and advocacy across a portfolio of clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales organization to support product demonstrations and manage product trials in an organized, process driven approach.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our client stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value.
  • Collaborate with other teams within Pinpoint (e.g. sales, support, product management, engineering, etc.) to address client requirements and satisfaction goals.
  • Be a strong client advocate such that Pinpoint activities are closely aligned with the client's needs and strategy.
  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewals.
  • Meet or speak with client executive sponsor(s) on a frequent cadence (several times a month) with the expectation of continually moving the relationship forward while uncovering new opportunities.    
  • Qualifications...

  • 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Client/Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Strategic Services or related areas.
  • Previous experience supporting/selling to senior level executives and software engineering leadership
  • Ability to understand client requirements, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the use of Pinpoint within client environments.
  • Highly data driven with a commitment to process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all clients in your portfolio.
  • Previous experience with SaaS solutions (Collaboration, Developer Software Tools etc) highly desired.
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity, who will innovate to continue to improve the way Pinpoint serves its clients.
  • Fanatical about client success and tenacious at driving long-term client value!
